WP-Housing is proud to support Platform Housing in the successful delivery of a much-needed 100% affordable housing scheme at Handley Chase, Sleaford. This thoughtfully designed development will provide high-quality, energy-efficient homes for individuals and families, helping to meet the growing demand for affordable housing in the region. The project consists of 160 carefully planned homes, strategically positioned across two land parcels—Parcels 6 and 8—on a greenfield site along London Road, ensuring a well-integrated and sustainable new community.

As the Employer’s Agent, WP-Housing plays a vital role in the project’s success, bringing expertise in contract management, cost control, and quality assurance. We have been actively involved in negotiating the development agreement, ensuring that all key project requirements align with Platform Housing’s objectives. Additionally, our team continues to oversee crucial post-contract duties, working closely with all stakeholders to maintain smooth progress, mitigate risks, and uphold the highest standards throughout construction and completion.

This forward-thinking scheme, constructed by Miller Homes, embraces modern and sustainable building methods, utilizing timber frame construction to enhance durability and environmental efficiency.
