Stonewater and Countryside are developing 148 affordable homes on former farmland at Elm Fields Farm, Coventry, using energy-efficient modern construction methods with off-site timber frames. Each home features an air-source heat pump, with many including solar panels, and some trialling the Wondrwall system, which integrates enhanced solar panels, battery storage, and smart energy management. The scheme emphasises sustainability with enhanced landscaping aligned with Stonewater’s placemaking values.
