Gloucestershire-based WP Housing is a leading professional chartered quantity surveyor providing asset, cost, and project management services for affordable housing developers and landlords.

Our experienced team of qualified consultants is committed to creating homes and places that enable vibrant communities to grow and life chances to emerge, providing the opportunity to contribute, feel valued, and belong.

We work with developers and landlords across the Midlands, Thames Valley and South West. Currently, we are supporting the design and construction of more than 1,100 new affordable homes with a contract value above £200m.

New build projects span modular, timber frame and traditional forms of construction. Our work includes land-led development opportunities where we are involved from land bids through to Making Good of Defects utilising JCT D&B Contracts and Development Agreement. Our work programme also includes several Section 106 affordable housing procured schemes.

Our asset management work is helping clients to create value through robust evaluation of their current and future asset performance and option appraisals to ensure future investment delivers strategic objectives and improves efficiencies. This is at a time when the sector faces the challenges of higher inflation, increased borrowing costs and increased investment in safety, decarbonisation and repair works.

Our aim is to use our considerable experience within the housing sector to help deliver development and asset management objectives, create opportunities to increase supply, improve quality and optimise asset value. This is done with continuous improvement and working in partnership so that we:
