An innovative scheme inclusive of the construction of an above ground canal basin as part of the Gloucestershire & Herefordshire Canal programme. It consists of the construction of 20 dwellings, of which 14 were allocated for affordable rent, with associated landscaping and road works. On the site there will be a village car park and a new play space.
This scheme had multi party involvement from the offset and was developed over a number of years, with numerous planning conditions to be met.
